The S1 rig makes it possible to assemble your equipment! You are responsible for setting up the simulator.

Our products are manufactured in Switzerland and shipped worldwide.
The delivery time in the DE-AT-CH region is 4-6 working days after receipt of payment.

warranty

Our products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty of 2 years from date of delivery.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

In the event of a warranty claim, we will repair or replace at our own discretion.
Please keep the proof of purchase for presentation in the event of a warranty claim.

Return & Withdrawal

For standard products and frames without customization, a 14-day right of withdrawal upon receipt of the goods. The return is at your own expense.
Please contact us in advance to arrange the return.

Refunds will be made after receipt of goods and inspection within 14 days.
