The Stage 1 is a European-made construction with elegant and individually designable GRP cladding. With the help of the attached wheels in the front area, our simulator can be moved virtually and is an eye-catcher in every living room. Ergonomic adjustment options for seat angle, seat distance and rowing pedal distance combined with a comfortable entry height.
Get in and fly off:
The simulator is factory-assembled, tested and tested. All PCs and control devices are stored in the practical storage space provided under the large stand and — without annoying cable clutter — are neatly connected and wired after factory assembly.

Samsung Curved Monitor
The Samsung Odyssey Neo G9 with 8K resolution (7680x2160p) and 240Hz image playback speed is currently being used in the 57" version. The use of curved monitors saves graphics card resources and is popular with simulation pilots due to its appearance and handling. The specific mount ensures a wobble-free flight experience.

Guarantee and returns
warranty
Your simulator is marked with a unique chassis number and is recorded in our support database.
Our products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty of 2 years from date of delivery.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
In the event of a warranty claim, we will repair or replace at our own discretion.
Return and Withdrawal
Since our factory-assembled simulators are custom-made products, a return is a matter of principle only in case of transport damage or manufacturing defects possible.

Delivery and installation
“Delivery by truck” shipping method
The simulator is delivered on a pallet. The monitor is stored separately in a package.
We regularly recommend 2 more helpers. When tackling stairwells and spiral staircases, we recommend 3 more helpers. After removing the seat by tilting it on the nose, the simulator fits into a single-person lift. Once the simulator is in place, all you have to do is mount the monitor carefully. With the push of a button, you can turn on the PC and start driving. On request, we also provide a simulator briefing via remote session.
“Installation on site” shipping method
The simulator is delivered by transporter by one of our technicians. He can mount the monitor and individually instruct you in the racing simulator.
Note for EU customers
When delivering to the EU, there are also Import duties and local taxes to (e.g. 19% in Germany), which not included in the purchase price and are only added at checkout. We would be happy to advise you by phone.

FAQ
What kind of support am I eligible for?
RFAG offers a maintenance contract for its professional automotive sport simulators. It regulates the terms and conditions for maintenance, repairs and updates to the devices. RFAG also offers an online server where simulator owners can regularly compete against each other. The contract is available upon request, and the guide can be found in the “Support” section. The warranty information provided by the respective manufacturer applies to all third-party components. We can also provide emergency support for non-customers.
Where can I test the simulator?
By appointment, you are welcome to visit us at the RacingFuel Academy in Horgen or, alternatively, test at one of the centers on race-centers.com. During the on and off season, we also attend numerous trade fairs and motorsport events.
What makes the STAGE1 unique in its design and construction?
The design not only awakens feelings, but also looks damn good! The cladding offers options for individual branding and is always ready for a classic or modern racing design. There is also an internal cabling system and fully integrated storage space for devices, which guarantees set-up times of just 10 minutes. The simulator can be lifted at the rear and moved due to the front rollers. The STAGE1 can be modulated at any time for in-house motion systems and can also be used with other steering wheel motors.
